Easy Payment & Worldwide Shipping

Every piece at ColoredYarn is created to bring warmth and quiet joy into your home. I’ve made the shopping process as smooth and transparent as possible — from easy, secure payment at checkout to reliable delivery right to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.

Payment

Paying for your order is quick, easy, and completely secure.

Payment Method:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

Currency:

You can browse the shop and view prices in your local currency.

Please note that during final payment processing at checkout, the amount will be displayed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) according to the current exchange rate.

Your bank will automatically convert the amount seamlessly with no extra steps required on your end.

Security:

Your personal and payment data is fully encrypted and never shared.

Shipping & Delivery

Every order is handcrafted in Ukraine and shipped worldwide with full step-by-step tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s journey every step of the way.

Standard Shipping:

Handled via Ukrposhta and delivered by your local national postal service (such as USPS, Royal Mail, etc.).

Delivery time: 7–21 calendar days.

Express Shipping:

Available worldwide for urgent gifts (5–7 business days).

Please contact me before placing your order so I can calculate the best rate and timeframe for you.

Parcels in Transit:

A package is officially considered lost after 60 days. If your order hasn't arrived by then, I will immediately issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Please note: Delivery times may take slightly longer during peak holiday seasons due to increased postal volumes worldwide.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

US, Germany, Denmark & Spain:

Shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price you see at checkout is final — it includes all customs duties, VAT, and fees. No unexpected payments upon delivery.

EU Orders (under €150):

Import processing fees (€1.50–€4.50 depending on your country) & handling fees (€5.00) are already included in your shipping cost and prepaid by me.

Rest of the World:

Any local import duties or customs fees set by your country are the buyer's responsibility upon arrival.

Processing Time

Because every single item is individually crocheted by hand in my studio, production times depend on the size of your order:

  • Single Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Sets & Gift Bundles: Dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Please note: If your order contains a mix of single items and sets, it will be dispatched within 5–7 business days to ensure everything is prepared together with care.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Each toy is unique and crafted individually, so slight variations are natural details of handmade art. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Reporting: Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact me within 48 hours.

  • Details: Include photos of the item, the packaging, and your order number.

  • Resolution: I will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund once the item is safely returned to my studio.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations are not available once work has begun on custom orders.

Address Changes

Double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot an error, contact me immediately before dispatch. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Care for children goes hand-in-hand with care for the planet:

  • Every toy comes packaged in a minimalist, reusable cotton drawstring pouch — perfect for gifting, travel, and keeping your toys clean at home.

  • Orders are shipped in FSC®-certified, environmentally responsible packaging.
