Shipping & Delivery

I offer worldwide shipping from Ukraine with full tracking provided for every order.

Standard Shipping: Handled via UkrPoshta and your local national courier. Delivery typically takes 14–28 business days.
Express Shipping: Available worldwide (5–7 business days). Please contact me prior to ordering for a quote.
US Orders (DDP): Orders to the USA are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid terms. Your checkout total includes all customs duties—no surprise fees upon delivery.
International Taxes: For other countries, any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient according to national legislation.

Note: A parcel is officially considered lost after 60 days. If your order hasn't arrived by then, I will provide a full refund or a replacement.

Processing Time

As most items are artisanal and made specifically for you, please note the production times:

Ready to Ship: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made to Order: Dispatched within 3–7 business days.
Sale Events: Processing may take up to 10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your ColoredYarn purchase. If you change your mind:

Window: Please get in touch within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Exclusions: No returns on custom-made or sale items unless faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Every toy is individually handcrafted, so slight variations are part of its unique charm.

Reporting: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via my contact form.
Evidence: Include photos of the item and packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Resolution: Faulty items will be replaced or refunded after the item is returned safely to my studio.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Cancellations: Notify me ASAP. Cancellations are not available for Custom Orders or items on Sale.
Address Errors: Please contact me IMMEDIATELY to amend details before shipping. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

I am committed to the environment. Your toys are packed in reusable cotton pouches and shipped in recyclable materials. To save trees, invoices are sent digitally to your email.
